Service Description
Pesupanda OÜ is a company founded in 1997 and based entirely on Estonian capital, offering dry cleaning and laundry services in Tallinn for both businesses and private individuals. We also offer ironing and carpet cleaning services. Our service locations are in Tallinn – Haabersti and our laundry in Mustamäe.
In addition to a large number of private customers, Pesupanda is also a partner to many business enterprises.
Our laundry facility, created specifically to serve business clients, is located in Tallinn , Mustamäe, at Aiandi tn 4/1 – chosen precisely so that we can operate efficiently and so that using our service is convenient for our clients. Our laundry operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Every day, we wash work clothing, uniforms, suits, costumes, tablecloths, bed linen, and more, made from a wide range of materials and styles.
Our main target group consists of businesses in Tallinn and Harju County (hotels, manufacturing companies, catering, restaurants, cafés, security firms, etc.) and private individuals.

How long has Pesupanda been operating in Estonia?
Pesupanda OÜ was founded in 1997 and has been operating in Estonia for over 29 years. We are a 100% Estonian-owned company registered in Tallinn (registry code 10145900).
Where are Pesupanda's pickup points?
Pesupanda has two locations in Tallinn:
• Mustamäe — Aiandi 4/1, Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, free 15-min parking. This is where our laundry is located and where all of our work is done.
• Haabersti — Rimi parking lot, Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–19:00. Open also on weekends, accessible by car.
NB! Carpets are accepted only at the Mustamäe location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept €200 and €500 banknotes. Card payment is preferred whenever possible.
How long do you store cleaned items?
We store cleaned, finished, and packaged items for up to 3 months. After that, if the customer does not pick up the items and does not respond to our contact attempts, we reserve the right to dispose of them.
Do I need to book in advance?
No. You can bring clothes to our Mustamäe and Haabersti locations during opening hours without a booking. Courier service must be ordered via form at least 1 day in advance.
Does Pesupanda use environmentally friendly methods?
Yes. We use modern low-emission equipment and eco-friendly cleaning agents.
What happens if my clothes are damaged during cleaning?
We take responsibility for damages caused by our fault and compensate them according to our service terms. Items without care labels, with tears, or that may bleed color are accepted only at the customer's risk — this is always agreed in advance.
