What is the difference between dry cleaning and laundry washing?
Dry cleaning is waterless — it uses specialized solvents that don't shrink fabrics or fade colors. It is suitable for suits, coats, dresses, and wool garments. Laundry washing means traditional water washing — suitable for bed linen, towels, T-shirts, and everyday clothing. Some items can be cleaned both ways — the Pesupanda specialist will always choose the better cleaning method.
How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard dry cleaning takes 1–3 business days. If you have an urgent need, bring items directly to our Mustamäe facility (Aiandi 4/1, Mon–Fri 8–17) and we will do our best to clean them quickly.
How much does dry cleaning a suit jacket cost?
Dry cleaning and pressing a suit jacket, blazer, tuxedo, or tailcoat costs €9.50 per piece. The price includes both cleaning and professional ironing.
How much does cleaning a wedding dress cost?
Wedding dress dry cleaning costs €35.00 per piece. Special conditions apply — please bring the dress as soon as possible after the wedding so that stains (champagne, dirt, drinks, sweat) don't set into the fabric.
Is stain removal included in the price?
Yes, regular stain removal is included in the cleaning price. Depending on the stain type and age, not all stains can be fully removed — especially old, set-in, or fiber-damaging stains.
Do you clean leather and fur garments?
No, we do not clean leather or fur garments. We recommend turning to a leather-specialized service provider.
Is it possible to clean shoes?
No, we do not clean shoes. We recommend turning to a specialized shoe cleaning service provider.
Can all stains definitely be removed?
Honest answer: not always. Set-in stains (mould, old blood, candle wax, aged grease) cannot always be fully removed. The fresher the stain, the higher the chance of success.
Can I bring clothes without care labels?
Yes, but only at the customer's risk. Care labels tell us which cleaning method is safe for the fabric. If the label is missing, we assess the material based on our experience, but we cannot guarantee a perfect result.
