How quickly can the courier come?
You can order the courier on the same working day — book at least 1.5 hours in advance. The last pickup slot starts at 12:30, so for same-day orders, book in the morning. Ordering a day ahead helps us plan the route better.

I've ordered the courier - how and when do I pay?
We'll send the invoice to your email as soon as the items arrive at our facility. Items are returned at the agreed time after the invoice has been paid. We've also sent a confirmation to your email - check your spam folder just in case.
What happens after I submit a courier order?
You'll receive a confirmation email right away. The courier will arrive at the selected time and call 5–15 minutes before arriving. We'll send the invoice after the items reach our facility. For questions, call 6002266
